Officers of the Art Club admire one of their showcases as their adviser, Mr. Higbee, looks on. They are Janice Zurawinski, secretary, Mike Kohar, president, Susan Linick, vice-president, and Lynn Balthasar, historian. Eastmoor's Art Club has been organized for students who are in- terested in the fine arts. T-he members create many beautiful and original displays for the various showcases. Posters and many other forms of school publicity are designed by its members. Under the guidance of their adviser, Mr. Higbee, the club has taken educational field trips and tours of the art galleries. LIBRARY CLUB ART CLUB Members of the Art Club supply us with the signs for victory before each game. New books of various subjects are dis- played in the Library. Welden Benedict is admiring a display on outer space. Hats off to our Library Club! Eastmoor is very proud of the fact that it is the only school in the city to have a Book Fair which is held during National Book Week. English classes in all grades visit the library to view the latest books. This annual event is sponsored by the members of the Library Club whose main purpose is to promote an interest in books. SCIENCE CLUBS Members of the Senior Science Club work under the leadership of Mr. Condit.
