Engineering Headquarters We the annual staff of Eastland High School would like to dedicate the 1978-79 Maverick to the School Board, Mr. Ray Pruitt, and the taxpayers of Eastland, Texas. We truly appreciate the improvements that were made on the hill for our comfort and convenience. Aside from their usual duties of elect- ing school personnel, setting salary sched- ules, and adopting the annual budget, the School Board and Mr. Ray Pruitt were also responsible for the bond issue which entitled us to new facilities as well as the improvements of old facilities. They were very active and conscien- tious about adding what they felt would benefit the students at Eastland High School. With all the renovations-too numer- ous to mention-we the students and fac- ulty would like to take this opportunity to say 'Thank you' School Board and Mr. Pruitt for all your time and concern. X K ff, School Board President, Mr. Iames Reid. School Board Members were: Mr. Dick Iohnsong Mr. Ray Pruitt, Superintendentg and Mr. lim Wright, Secretary. School Board Members were: Don Martin, Vice President: Mrs. Loretta Bulgerin, and Mr. H.V. O'Brien. School Board Member, Mr. Iohn Nevill.
