Mothers Mularski and Helferon P. T. A. With the enthusiastic support of parents and the unflagging energy of committees and officers, the East- hampton High School P. T. A. continues its activities in behalf of the school. In addition to its regular programs the P. T. A. sponsors two special events each year-the auction in November, and the card party in March. It is hoped to make the Christmas dance, so successfully inaugurated this year, a third annual event. Our P. T. A. also plans to provide some new tapes for the recorder which was purchased a few years ago. Two prizes are awarded at graduation, one in chemistry and, this year, one in physics. The Scholar- ship sponsored by the P. T. A. Group Council, and contributed by the four P. T. A.'s, is given to a senior who is planning to enter the teaching profession.
