Basketball Warrior Basketbal The 1986-87 year looked promising tor the Eastern NVayne Warrior Basket- ball Team. With several returning varsity players, the starting team, con- sisting of all seniors, played well together despite not having a gym in which to practice. Beturning seniors were Chris Bowers, Clay Parker, Mike Parks, and Adrian Worrells. Mark Yeaky, a senior transfer from South Bend, Indiana, was a great asset to the team. uThe team has many talented players, but Welve had so many injuries and other little thingsf' Coach Howard Austin said. uHowever, We,ve decided to use them as learning experiencesf, The team played an outstanding game against S.
