Dr. Ralph Tieie, whose activities in the fields of education, literature, histrionics, and social endeavor have gained him far-reach- ing tame. During twenty-five years of serving both college and coun- try he has acted in the capacities of Lecturer in English, Head ot the English Department, President of the College, Member of the State Board of Education, and this year crowned his success in other fields when he was named by the War Department to lecture to incoming drattees on the fundamental differences between democracy and dic- tatorship. -IO-
