Football Winninig three and losing one conference game, the Savage foot- ball squad finished in second place in the WINCO league, behind un- defeated Pacific Lutheran's nationally famous aerial circus. In one of the outstanding games of the Inland Empire, the Savages dropped a 20 to 14 thriller to the Lutes for their first loss on the home turf in four years.
