-s New Laboratory School Modernistic in style and harmonizing in external design with the other buildings on the campus, the laboratory school recently completed at the Eastern Washington College of Education at Cheney follows the modern trend in education, each grade group oc- cupying a suite of four rooms. The building has a completely equipped stage for creative dramatics and children's theater Work, a health suite of three rooms and a teachers' rest room. In addition there are food and clothing laboratories, a library, cafeteria, social room, music and art studios and science room. The building is equipped with a public address system. Used cooperatively by the laboratory school and the College, a gymnasium unit, 75 by ll0 feet, with a seating capacity of l,l5O, occupies one wing of the building.
