Mustard i xecutive i ouncil In order to provide an organization for the control of mat- ters of general student concern, the Associated Students of this school adopted on February 8, 1935, the present constitution. This constitution provides for an executive council consisting of nine members: three elected from the junior class in the spring quarter; three elected from the sophomore class in the spring quarter; two selected from the freshman class in the spring quarter, and one elected from the freshman class in the winter quarter. All councilmen take office in the fall quarter succeeding their election, with the exception of the member elected from the freshman class in the winter quarter, who takes office in the spring quarter following his election. The council has general supervision of all affairs, property, and activities of the Associated Students, has charge of the dis- bursement of the funds of the association, and appoints such committees and representatives as it may deem necessary.
