Inklings, the literary publication of the student body, seeks to encourage and promote the creative writing of representative essays, short stories, and poems. I nklings EDITOR-IN-CHIEF: Marjorie Kinsman ART EDITOR: Gerald Morehead He stood beneath the archway that divided Eternity from time, and flung the stars Into their paths. My fears within arose For this One is the Fountainhead. I saw God creating. A great white throne of radiance divine Arose from out the east. Before it stood Monarchs and sages, men of lofty kind. My head was bowed in shame, for now I saw God judging. Transfixed between these two, there came to me Another vision. Darkness spread her cloak To hide the awful agony. Indeed My heart was broken, for I had beheld God dying. The fear of might, the shame for-depth of sin Became transmuted by His mighty love; I gazed on Him. Adviser, Dr. Ingles, D. Maring, N. Newell, G. Morehead, M. Kinsman, C. Lundberg, Bus. Man. J. Parker, L. Meeden, J. Herrmann.
