Iames Kearns Dr. James E. Kearns is a professor of Education and Head of the education -psychology and Physical education division. He has his Bachelor of Science from State Teachers College in Dickinson, N.D. , his Master of Science and Doctor of Education from the University of North Dakota. William McLean William R.
