Even though discussion of campus issues took up the major portion of time at Leader's Retreat, a little time was allowed for fun and relaxation.

asm f 'N ' - gfllld and jeremy Ian Whitcomb provided one of the evenings lighter moments with his rendition of You Know You Really Turn Me On. Britain's famed team of Chad and jeremy had the chance to prove their true showmanship during a tranquil appearance at the University. For the first major entertainment of the year Eastern' students enjoyed a quiet evening with Chad an jeremy. Besides the famed British duo, who headline the program, Ian Whitcomb, The Standells, and th mob provided the remaining portion of music. Wel over 2,000 students packed the student union ballroo only to come away somewhat milled when the soun system mysteriously went dead. For sometime after ward rumor' had it that the amplifier failure had bee the work of saboteurs working for the community con cert association but this was never conclusively proven The mob presented a frantic and well-polished performance.
