E CWELCUME A EWPRE IDE T With a new painted face on the presidentls home on Elm Street, a reorganization of college adminis- tration, and the inauguration of an austerity budget, Eastern Nazarene College began her first year with a new president. Dr. Leslie Parrott is the seventh presi- dent of E.N.C. He comes to our college from a successful pastorate at First Church of the Nazarene, Portland, Oregon. In addition to his pastoral ministry in Washington, Oregon, and Michigan, he has earned the Ph.D. in Administration of Higher Education at Michigan State University. President Parrott has spent a busy year visiting churches and assemblies in the E.N.C. educational zone and meeting with trustees concerning plans for the future of the college. Mrs. Parrott, in addition to traveling and speaking with her husband, has served as his editorial assistant and involved herself with campus activities.
