A Dedication We, the members of the class of 1980, wish to dedicate this edition of the yearbook to our parents. We wish to express our deepest gratitude for the love, understanding, and guidance you have shown us over some of the most important years of our lives. As we look back over the past years, we realize that everything, that was either said or done was for our own good even though at that time we might have not thought so. It is not an easy job to be a parent as you know. It is not an easy job to grow up either, and you know that too. It was because you kept these two things in mind that you were able to love and guide us as you have. ' As this yearbook comes to an end, so do our school years. Although we will now begin lives of our own, we are far from being grown up. We will still need a helping hand now and then. When things get rough, you will be the ones we will lean on. So, parents, please be there. Even though it does not always seem that way, we love you and we need you. We shall always appreciate everything you have done for us and everything you will do for us. All we can do is say thank you and strive to be the kind of people you will be proud to call son or daughter.
