Mr. John L. Vickers, Director of Col- lege-Community Relations, is from Frankfort where he was Director of Pupil Transportation. He will be active in bringing groups of prospec- tive students and professional persons to the Eastern campus. Mr. D. J. Carry, Director of In-service Education, is in charge of corre- spondence and extension work, os well as heading the Placement Bureau. Mr. Donald R. Felrner, Director of Publicity and Publications, is respon- sible for the dissimination of all publicity and publications pertaining to the college and maintains a general supervision over all student publica- tions. Administration Staff Officers and Mr. James W. Brown, Consultant of In-service Education, has responsibili- ties of a field worker under the super- vision of the Extension Department. Mr. Danial C. Websrer, an assistant in the Division of Publicity and Publi- cations, serves as the college photog- rapher. He hails from Bluefield, West Virginia, and received his experi- ence from six years Navy duty.
