The Deans Dr. W. J. Moore is Dean of the Faculty. He gives general direction to the instructional and personal lives of the students. The persona! and academic life of a student at Eastern is guided and regulated through the offices of the Deans of Faculty and Students. Mrs. Emma Y. Case is the Dean of Women. She is responsi- ble for the personal and social life of the women at Eastern. Mr. Quentin Keen is the Dean of Men. He is responsible for the personal and social life of the men at Eastern. 21

The President In the capable hands of President W. F. O ' Donnell, Eastern has grown in the past eighteen years to a. major college status. President O ' Donnell has worked untiringly to increase the school ' s service to the students and to society. He has given unsparingly of himself in his devotion to the ideal of a better Eastern. 20
