BOARD OF REGENTS The Board of Regents is the governing body of the college. The Chairman of the Board is the State Superintendent of Public Instruction. The other four members are appointed by the Governor for four-year terms. Eastern has been fortunate through- out its history in having capable men of vision who have worked for its advance- ment.
