is an addition to human power. E 1 l I Mr. Joseph Brillhart, Miss Marguarite Baxter, Miss Zelda Stroeman, Mr Michael Hemak. The student teachers at Eastern High School were among those who will be graduated from Millersville State College in the summer of I967. The student teachers are sent to different schools to learn the funda- mentals of teaching. ln order to obtain these fundamentals they teach classes as well as observe experienced teachers. This year during the first semester, four student teach- ers were enriched by their experiences at Eastern. Miss Zelda Stroeman, a. future language teacher, was aided by the knowledge of Miss Dorcas Bortz. Miss Marguarite Baxter was carefully supervised by Mrs. Ann Scheetz as she learned the techniques of teach- ing English. Mr. Michael Hemak, a major in Social Studies, was well trained by Mr. David Townsend. g Mr. Joseph Brillhart, under the direction of Mr. Benja- min Walker, was helped on his way as a Social Studies teacher. We, the student body of Eastern High School, wish these four future teachers much success in their chosen fields. 53
