Prior To coming To EasTern, Mr. Spencer was principal oT Lemmel Junior High and a counselor in sever- al BalTimore CiTy schools. He ac- quired his educaTion in BalTimore and aT Howard and Columbia Universi- Ties. Mrs. LoreTTa BryanT, The assisTanT aT EasTern, enjoys her work very much and everyday she is busy wiTh her many numerous Tasks.
