99 9 95 ex Art Department All Eastern appreciates the excellent art work that makes our school so attractive. The Art Department, directed by Miss Antoin- ette Ritter, strives to stimulate the creativity ofthe students and to develop skills in various processes such as silk screen, air brush, and wood work. The art curriculum and the art major programs, which include instruction in painting, sculpture, industrial and commer- cial art, give the students the background for careers or continued study in art after graduation.
