Art Department Throughout the building, the Art Department contributes much vivid color in the forms of pos- ters, displays, and scenery for plays and dances, augmenting the warm and 'friendly atmosphere which prevails throughout Eastern. Many of Eastern's art exhibits are displayed throughout the city. In addition, the Art Depart- ment has monogrammed gym suits for visiting athletic teams. Science Department Since the age ot nuclear and atomic advance- ment has come upon us, our Science Department, - under the supervision of Miss Helen Lentz, is in the fore as always. ln our biology, physics, and chemistry classes we are able to answer many of the hows and whys concerning modern age mys- teries. Many Easternites have sought these answers on their own as shown by their exhibits for the Science Fair held in the spring.
