To the Class of l959, Miss A. Marguerite Zouck is far more than the retired principal of Eastern High School. She is an honorary member of the class, she is a greatly admired and respected friend, and she is very much a part of that sun which casts the shadows behind the class of l959. The heart of the entire class holds a very spe- cial place for this great first lady whose very pres- ence radiates graciousness and amiability. Each student who has passed through the portals of Eastern High School in the past nine years has found in Miss Zouck not only an able leader of the school, but also someone who always had a friend- ly smile, an understanding word, and an unbe- lievable ability for remembering names and people, The class of l959 pays tribute and gives thaniks to Miss A. Marguerite Zouck, a sister-mem- ber of our class who will always stand facing the sun. -....., ,tb- D lr, l Hx Dr. Fischer and Miss Zouck at the dinner given in her honor by the faculty at the time of her retirement. -45' Miss Zouck, the honored guest at the senior play, and Mrs. Taylor meet the officers of school organizations in Constitution Hall.
