CHAVERIM He Chaverim, The Friends, is Eastern Connecticut State College's Jewish Stu- dent Organization. The organization is established as a Zion- ist Organization open to all students, staff and faculty of ECSC. The purpose of He Chaverim is to pro- mote Jewish and Zi- onist activities and to foster a Jewish awareness on this campus. Its prime te- net is that Judaiam is a legitimate and relevant philosophy, a way of life which is a significant contrib- utor to the world cul- tures of man.
