il DURING THE FIVE YEARS that Mr. Paul E. Guitteau has been President of Eastern Arizona Junior College, the enrollment at the college has steadily increased and the classroom facilities have greatly expanded, including the construction of the new science and agriculture buildings within the past year. The far-sighted policies and the forceful leadership of President Guit- teau have established for our college a very high reputation, not only in the local area but throughout the state. To Mr. Cuitteau we of the OASIS staff express our gratitude as We look forward with confidence to the future progress and development of E.A.I.C. under his capable guidance.
