Colis- Although they bettered their record of l957, Eastchester's Football Squad of '58 did not attain the record expected of them. However, the two wins fone a startling upset against highly favored Scarsdale High Schooll and five losses does not actually give an accurate perspective of the team's caliber. A tough schedule, in which we faced a powerful opponent each week-plus key iniuries to our very important Iinemen, C,armine Marallo and Al Napoli- tano, prevented us from the expected winning season. Among the players who led us on the gridiron were halfback Phil Kuczma who was selected to the All-Swiac and All-County teams.
