Rose Savinetti and Rose Bianco are featured in the Roses of Waverly Square . William Short is taking Bing Crosby's place on the Kraft Music Hall . Dorathy McGinness has just published her autobiography, Arguing My Way Through School . Annette Corradi is a diving instructor although she is a little skeptical of the high board. Iames Gallo, George Romeo, and Frank Gavalis are running a bachelor's club, holding their meetings in Ga1lo's candy store. Frances Herbermann is devoting all her time to her driving and she's as determined as ever to get a license. Aldo Petrillo has just obtained a position announcing for lack Armstrong and the Lone Ranger over NBC stations. Louis Savinetti is Working on the stage as a comedian and he's a natural. Doris Pearson is married to her ideal man, and is even learning how to cook. Mildred Gleason and Gloria Fusaro are operating a beauty parlor in order to satisfy the whims of Eastchester girls. Mary Georgio and Georgette LaMarsh are now touring the country giv- ing their imitation of a duet. Ed McLaughlin has patented his automatic steering device. Now he can devote both arms to the business at hand. Peter Basile is a pro at the Quaker Ridge MINIATURE Golf Course. Lorraine Limbacher has just obtained her eleventy-hundred and twelfty- fourth driving PERMIT. Tony Marianni and Bill Purcell are now connected with the Giants and Dodgers, respectively-as ushers. Donald Melville, after winning renown on the slopes of Tuckerman's Ra- vine and Mt. Mansfield, is now taking his flops at Sun Valley. Iune Riordan is directing her chauffeur in the art of cleaning her town car, her roadster, her station wagon, and any others that she happens to have around. Gloria Costa has just taken her first flop in Madison Square Garden. Well, even Sonja l-lenie did that. ' Fred Saunders is still sporting black eyes, but he's at least getting paid for them now. Following in his father's footsteps, Dick Garon is promoting transportation in his airplane showroom. He sports a different plane every week and even up there in the nothingness, he can't escape the cops. Muriel Grindrod has just won a local beauty contest and is traveling by air to Hollywood escorted by guess who in uniform? Iosephine Assumma, Mary DiMarzo, Dolores De Pavolis Foglietta, Edith Wilshusen, and lda Marocco were arrested for disturbing the peace. Doris Ball, Ioan Blauvelt, Virginia Buermann, and Grace Miller, leading Canary Club vocalists, were on time for rehearsal-an unheard of accom- plishment. Gerry Weggenman is now starring in Blondie's Double Trouble to open soon in Washington. Beatrice Noback, Natalie Warren, Iacqueline Osborne, and Damaris Taussig have formed a female hotel detective agency for tracking down room up-setters. Iayne Cade has just taken the first place in a shorthand contest. Toe La Porta and Robbie Neukirch are in somebody's band but the leader is afraid to give his name. Barbara Graefenecker, Mary Sheehan, and Winnie Dusenbury are bring- ing screwball comedy back into popularity. Dick Snowdon, Wylie Tuttle, Harold Page, Robert Kammer, Ted Bayer, and Arthur Lindberg have finally succeeded in blowing up a laboratory-lon tunately, their own.
