CHANGES . . . COMING FROM THE CONCERN OF FRIENDS. Coming to ETBC as a very disillusioned young man, I have been given the opportunity to question my self-worth and re-examine my commitment to the Lord. My experiences here have not always been very easy or enjoyable ones. There have been moments that I almost gave up, but the verbal encouragement from friends and their prayers have motivated me to achieve. 'I've learned that change need not only take place in the lives of others but also in my life. Most people would agree that I have had fun at ETBC and have brought laughter into many of their lives. Many will remember the German jokes I've told or just the times they laughed because I was laughing. I've really appreciated the opportunities to share in the lives of many students, but I hold precious those times that others shared in mine.
