Dossett President A friendly man, with a sincere interest in public education; a scholar, yet with the common touch, which endears him to all; the possessor of a personality that could be desired by any student; are all phrases that might he used to describe our new President. Mr. Dossett is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and of Harvard University, a veteran of World War I and a former state commander of the American Legion.
