The Student Council The Student Council is composed of the president of the student body and student body officials functioning under him with two representatives from the upper classes and one member from the Sophomore and Freshman class. It functions to promote democratic activity among the student body and the faculty, and serves as a channel through which student suggestions and com¬ plaints regarding the school ' s welfare may be discussed and developed as purposeful activity. The members for the year of 1939-40: N. J.
