Ex Libris Charles M. Quigley, through his ten years at East Technical has become one of our most respected and honored friends, as we know him as teacher and counselor. With due respect we find it only proper to mention the difficulty with which he pursued his chosen vocation of teaching. After attending many colleges and universities, he was stricken with a near fatal illness and recovered only by his great will power and faith in himself. Few students are aware of this fact. His modesty and generosity are seemingly endless. ln a soft voice he mentions only the good things about his students and does everything in his power to help them. His attitude on life is that of one who takes only the serious things seriously and sees only the good side of the situation, no matter how difficult it may seem.
