F oreword Throughout the 1964-65 school year at East Stroudsburg State College, War- rior's of all kinds from the classroom to the football field, took up the llWe're number one cry. Initiated at the West Chester football game and climaxed with the winning of the football state championship at Indiana State College, this slogan, an embodiment of our en- thusiasm, became firmly integrated into all segments of campus life. The 1965 Stroud has adopted this theme as a vehicle to portray the spirit exhibited throughout all phases of our school life.
