His position necessitates cooperation with faculty and student body. He must be able to reach an agreement with other leaders of education. He. must have the strength of character and understanding to bear responsi- bility which falls upon his shoulders. He must have the ability to demand respect without really demanding it. A successful administrator keeps his organization running smoothly and precisely. He knows exactly what he is doing at all times. Even at his busiest moments, he has the student body at heart. These qualities and more can be attributed to our able president, Dr, Joseph F. Noonan.
