Joe Rushin crashed Through The line in The lasT Tive minuTes To score The TirsT Touchdown Tor E. S. S. T. C. in The '4l season. The Snavelymen suTTered Their second cleTeaT by losing To The sTrong downsTaTe Team from Ship- pensburg S. T. C., 6-O. As The score indicaTes, This was a hard ToughT conTesT, wiTh Shippens- burg driving across The goal in The second quar- Ter To regisTer The winning six poinTs oT The game. The Warriors scalped Their TirsT vicTim oT The season-The small buT scrappy KuTzTown Team- by a 26-O score. The Red and Black challced up' iTs TourTh consecu- Tive win by downing a sTubborn Bloomsburg Team on Toreign soil, I3-O. Clauser slcirTed righT end To score in The TirsT quarTer, climaxing a 65-yard march. LaTer McNamara scored Trom The 4-yard line aTTer a 31-yard run by lzer. The Warriors ended Their '4I season by cleTeaT- ing Panzer College, 37-O.
