Mr. Burrows and Mr. Secor discuss plans for commencement. 1 :Declication t Ten years ago Mr. Secor, our supervising principal, and Mr. Burrows, our principal, began their successful careers of leadership and service at East Stroudsburg High School. We have learned to admire their friendliness, their progressive ideas and their sincere under- standing of us students. It is because of these qualities that our three short years in high school have been successful and memorable ones. We have derived from our association with these men, cx love of knoWledge and an absorption of the principles of high ideals, rigid honesty and fair play.
