Many of us spent the summer hanging out or working Then there were the lucky ones, those who went to Europe Two such seniors were Carlos Couto and Povi da Silva Both visited Portugal during the summer months What they experienced they brought back to share with us. They visited one of the oldest monasteries in Europe. “The Monastery of the Batatha. this monastery holds many old artifacts from Portugal's history From the monastery we go to one of the oldest cities in Portugal. Coimbra Tbs famous city s we« known for its university What is a trip to Portugal without a visit to Lisbon, the famous port and capital of Portugal In this marvelous city there is plenty to see There are Sve bullfights held every Sunday durng the summer. Another senior. Adolph Vazquez visited various ports of Mexico, such as Mexico City and the island of Cancun With a« of these ploces to visit time went by fast, and soon Paul.
