This volume depicts a period which will long remain among the most important years of our lives. Each of us has new horizons to look toward, and no one can predict what the future holds in store. Some of us knew where wc were going when wc were Freshmeng some of us are yet uncertain. But of one thing we are confident - this way that we've come here at East Rutherford High School has been beneficial in that it has opened our eyes to new ambitions and direction. Although compiling a yearbook has been a new experience to each of us on the staff, it is our desire that this book meet with your satisfacion. We have tried to make this issue of the Tea Leaf not only a reflection of the past, but also a monument for future classes with the hope that they will carry on not only this but each and every tradition of East Rutherford Iligh School.
