The Triangle does not forget E. H. H. Sfs graduates. .ftnnouncements of recent weddings. engagements, and honors com- prise the alumni news. Dances, class plays, band activities. assemblies. clubs and other programs are efficiently covered by the reporters. Une of the most important events-. which was covered by the Triangle. was the evaluation of thc school. The newspaper took advantage of this opportunity to dis- cuss various features of the sehool. The job of assembling the Triangle is one which requires time and effort on the part of everyone. At the first meeting called by eo-editors, Richard Katstra and Donald Pavliek, the reporters get their assignments. They then go out on their own to get the news. At frequent intervals they report to their respective departments. The rest of the work is put into the hands of the salesmen. They are respon- sible for publieizing the Triangle and taking orders for it. When the long awaited day arrives, the salesmen distribute thc copies. Each year the Triangle is submitted along with other newspapers to an evalua- tion eonductcd by the Columbia Scholastic Press Association, where its good and bad points are determined. It is also a member of the National Seholastie Press Associa- tion and the Quill and Scroll. Many members of the Triangle staff who have written artieles of merit are worthy of membership on the Quill and Scroll and are often recommended by the advisors of the Triangle. The advisors to the Triangle are Miss M. Zimmermann and Miss V. Gardner, the art department advisor is Mr. H. Gommoll. att' 'Q Back Row: R. Liva, Business Man- ager.
