Among its many activities were a trip to thc Gootl Housekeeping lnstitutc in New York, the 'llraphaggcn School of Fashions anel a fielel trip to a textile mill. 'llhe purpose of the cluh is just what the name infers, learning thc art of homcmak- ing. It furnishes useful information for future houscwivcs. The girls hail great fun making Christmas presents for each other and in planning a spring fashion show. lVliss J. Pfeifcr is allvisor to ilu- group aml helps thc girls plan their many activ- ities. An annual trip to New York, a picnic, antl their first ilance kept the memhcrs husy during the year. Another activity of the club this year was the selling of crinoline Christmas trees.
