These are the words spoken hy lnemhers of the lihrary staff whose aim is to help fellow stiulonts find information aml books of interest. This year's activities include a hook fair and tea, an annual dance, two Page sixteen assemblies, and the publication of the Library Gazette. The officers are president, V. Daviflsong vice-president, Wintersg secretary, M. Dooley, and treasurer, M. Maroiniak. The advisor to the staff is Mr. G. Jones.

Providing Thanksgiving and Easter din- ners for needy families, donating books to soldiers and baking cookies for them are some of the wonderful serviees rendered hy the Keyettes. the girl's serviee eluh. A sixty-cup eoffee urn for the eooking room was purchased hy selling forty-eight hottles ol' vanilla extract. The organizationis soeial life was high- lighted hy a New York trip and an annual dance. Qlllflllllll ,lilllIIIOTl'l'. Several luneh- eons were held, during whieh guest speakers informed the girls on various suhjeetst. One guest was from a secretarial school and others were a dentist and dental hygienist. A christmas luncheon was held with the Keys to eelelirate the holiday season. The eluh is open to junior and senior girls who are willing to do serviee work. l'iaeh time the girls attend a luncheon, serve on a committee, attend one of the social functions, or perform a service, they are entitled to a certain numher of points. At the end of the senior year, if they have a total of twenty points, they are entitled to reeeive a Keyette letter. The eluh advisor is Miss H. Bartle. The president is D. Kolodziej: vice-president, Fi. Zak: secretary, T. Furman: treasurer, P. Furman. QS 'Ng .. Y 'X wr ,o ...rf ' Happy time for the makers of happy times The Key Cluh. an organization under the sponsorship of the Rutherford Kiwanis Cluh. is noted for its aid to the needy. Any junior or senior hoy who is interested in social welfare work is eligihle to join. lieeently a letter was received from an orphanage, expressing thanks for food which the eluh had donated. The hoys also participated in a haskethall game with the faculty. the proceeds of which went to an orphanage. An annual dance, W'inter Sleighridef' which was a huge success, was presented in .l anuary. Many luneheons are held throughout the year, the most important one taking plaee near Christmas. The guests who at- tend these luneheons often speak on suh- jeets whieh are of interest to the hoys, such as lnmting. The aetivities of the eluh were guided hy the advisor, Mr. F. Nicholas.
