Among their many ac- tivities are their annual dance, their assem- hlies made up of student talent. and last, hut by no means least. their elections. The election of new officers and memhers is as exciting as any presidential campaign. The campaign opens with the choosing of campaign committees and chairmen. These committees go to work putting posters up all over the school and giving impromptu campaign speeches for their candidates. 2 1111 'HUB Finally the hig day arrives. The election asseinlnly. where candidates for the omces of president. vice-president. treasurer. and secretary come hefore the whole school and present their arguments as to why they should he elected, is the most exciting event of the year. After the ilSSOIllllly the students go to their homerooms and cast their vote for their favorites. The annual dance is usually held thc week hefore our Christmas vacation.
