There Is Sorrow In Your Life ... Ease The Pain Away There Is Joy In Your Life ... Feel It, Know It, Share It. As the year progresses, students encounter such disappointments as athletic defeats, report cards, broken relationships, and the dread of leaving some friends behind. These disappointments are balanced by successfully completing difficult tasks, assignments and projects and establishing lasting friendships. These sorrows and joys weave new beginnings from broken ends.

Perhaps a first im- pression might be all work and no play. However, becoming a part of East offers the opportunity to combine the challenges and fun that are high school. Team work is necessary to make this combina- tion successful.
