Everyone seems to have an opinion, if not a solution, to all of our problems. In the final analysis it will bc you. the young people of America who will determine if we really learned anything from Watergate. It will lx- your task to stabilize our economic system. Only you can make our streets free from violence. I have great faith in the Class of '75. You have proven to be an exceptional class. You have contributed much to the oualitv of school life by your accomplishments in the classroom, on our athletic fields, in an. journalism and our musical productions. You have demonstrated concern for others by your support of the March of Dimes. Honduran relief and Cerebral Palsy research. MR. ROBERT MORSE PRINCIPAL The Best of Life undoubtedly includes the best leader, our principal, Mr. Morse. Concerned about the student body, he devotes his time to questions that need answers and problems that need attention. As a result of his openness and interest together with his concern and a smile, Mr. Morse has become a number one leader as well as a friend. MR. HENRY FREUND ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL In his third year as Assistant Principal, Mr. Freund has proven that his personality and ability arc a successful combination in winning the support of the students. An efficient worker, Mr. Freund has handled student and educational problems smoothly and quickly. We pride ourselves in knowing we have such a competent man belonging to the administration. MR. EDWARD CROWLEY DEAN OF STUDENTS Dean of Students is a title which carries a heavy burden of work and responsibility. Once again this year, Mr. Crowley has handled student problems by maintaining order with understanding, open mindedness, and tolerance. An outgoing and friendly person, Mr. Crowley has succeeded in gaining the respect of the student body through his devotion to the students and their problems.

Many feel that the office of Superintendent of Schools is a position of nomenclature, a desk job. Don’t be fooled, however. The office entails far more responsibility, hard work, and tedious hours than most other jobs. Dr. William K. Louis has filled this seat for many years in East Rockaway and continues to do a superb job. He is a leader, a man with honor, and one for which we hold incomparable respect. He has kept this school alive and running for our brief stay and undoubtedly will continue his competent work for years to come. Although Dr. Louis may not always be found in the hallways of East Rockaway High School, we, the class of 75, know he’s there, making our school work for us. BOARD OF EDUCATION Somewhere along the road of education there must be a connection between the school and community. The five member board of education acts as this link serving as East Rockaway’s volunteer mini government.
