The letter by the date indi- cates the meeting date of the group (also, period for Student Council). A student may be an officer (P, V-P, Sec, Treas) in only one (1) club or organization. Stu- dents are to remain‘in the club meeting until the end of the activity period. The homeroom teacher should maintain a record of the clubs to which the students belong. Students sign out on the board for the club meeting. Club roster indicating student's name, homeroom section, officers, should be submittéd to the Activity Committee within a week after the second meeting. Clubs must be chartered by the Student Council. Yearly summaries of the club's services and proposed plans are to be reviewed by the Student Council and the Activity Committee. The only authorized fund-raising activ- ity is the school-wide magazine sale. The profit from magazines sold by each student is equally divided among the clubs of which he is a member. Other fund-raising activities must be approved by the ERSHS Advisory Committee.
