Weather Station Is Completed By Science Club Science Club members were actively involved in group and individual projects. Tony Williamson and Tom Green presented an informative program on holography (laser photography) to the club. This project and that done by Sybil Burgess and Reggie Byrd (the effect of sound on chickens) were selected to be sent to the N. C. Science and Hu- manities Symposium. As a group project, a weather station was set up in the area of the science department. Instruments such as a wind direction indicator, speed indicator, barometer, sling psychrometer and rain gauge were used.
