Spring Play This year's play, 'Auntie Mame', was a complete success. lt was about Mame Dennis, a wealthy, fun loving eccentric from New York, enjoying life in a grand old style. Quite unexpectedly her orphaned nephew walks into her life, and she immediately forms a deep attachment for him. 'Auntie Mame' spans three decades in the lives of Mame and her nephew Patrick. Through these years Mame attempts to open doors for her little love , while fighting the close-mindedness and prejudices of those who try to influence Patrick in other ways. Her story is filled with love and laughter and provided an enjoyable evening for all. ii, 18

The students showed their enthusiasm and pride for E.P.C.H.S. at this years pep assemblies. The sophomores, especially, showed their pride and spirit by winning the majority of the contests during Homecoming Week. Dave Story overwhelmed us with his life story, and also showed us his great strength by arm wrestling. Assemblies Maggy-.4 a.1uniors show their spirit at a pep assembly. b.
