Down the hall, 4-0 paces south make a 360 turn, and six paces backwards, These Freshmen meet the Sophomore version of the Andrew Sisters. TA- DA ! -cj: 'ln sm-- H. -vs , , sy xg ncaa-a I .X 1 1 Freshmen show interested and excited faces at their first assembly. With the fright of high school ahead of them, the freshmen woke up early Tuesday morning, August 27th, for perhaps the first time all summer, to begin their career of high school. After completing all six hours, the rookies congre- gated in the auditorium to become familiarized with the social life of high school. Skits of all kinds were per- formed by clubs in hopes of recruiting freshmen mem- bers. After a hectic day, the freshmen were invited to entertain themselves and become acquainted with their fellow classmates that night at the Freshman Mixer. The EpoCH staff was kept busy passing out the EPoCHs, yet this isn't the rush! Wall-to-wall people is a good way to describe the setting of EPOCH Day. Even with the intense heat, hundreds of EP summer drop-outs gathered to reflect on old times and good friends. Clad in cut- offs, jeans, and shirts of various styles, kids were herded through the doors into the cafetorium. July 11 proved to be a memora- ble event for the many boatlips that attend EPCHS. What she is writing in Steve's book is real American Graffiti!
