The duties of the guidance staff include making necessary class changes, advising students about colleges, solving problems, administering tests, planning career assembly programs, sponsoring the homeroom guidance programs, and many, many others. 6 Setting up the schedules, running the book store, counseling students, advising teachers, and handling the school’s finances are some of the many duties of the administration.
