Myrick, E. Elam, P. Kissell, T. Morgan. Track is an excellent spring sport for high schools. It enables a great many students to participate with- out the need for a lot of expensive equipment. The track program at East Montgomery consists of the 100 and 220 yard dashesg the 440, the 880, and the mile run. Also included are the high jump, broad jump, discus throw, and shot-put.
