It's a wonder why we haven't gotten thrown out of Burger King yet T.G.I.F. It's 2:00 pm on Friday afternoon. Those last three minutes before the bell rings seem endless. Then finally you hear that precious sound and you are free for the weekend. It's time for friends, parties, dates, and cruising. It doesn't seem to matter where you plan to go because everybody seems to end up at the local hangout, namely PIZZA KING. Saturday afternoons are devoted to sports from football to lacrosse, but Saturday night parties are the times to remember. Come Sunday you are usually back to your senses, and it's time to hit the books with hopes that next weekend will be just as good. There's the visit to the beauty parlor and last minute shopping. There is the suit to be purchased with the new pair of shoes. And of course, the car must shine. The Junior Prom was held at Antun's. No one really remembers the food or what records the D.J. played, but we do remember the Prom as part of our treasured year. John Comer boogies down, as all the others gather round. 18 Prom
