Managed by coach Bill Vita, the Varsity Lacrosse team has won the tough SSAL I championship for the second consecutive season. Instrumen- tal in attaining a 11-2-1 record were co-captains Rich Scheffer and Bob DelVecchio, leading scorer Seb Muzio, all-county choice Tom DeFilippo, and Wayne Christie. With many of last year's starters returning, East Meadow is anticipating another championship season. E.M.
