Gersky Under the direction of Mr. Fabrizzio, the Varsity Rifle Team has achieved one of its best records in many years. Led by the excellent marksmanship of seniors Jeff Ashendorf, Paul Smith, and Bob Marcus, this year's rifle team has been the first to occupy a spotlight during the winter season. Straight shooters always win. Varsity Shooters sweep 6 out of 12.

Led by senior co-cap- tains Ron Norris and Dan Schuster, the varsity basket- ball team had one of its toughest seasons in many years. Despite a record of four and nine, Coach Chet Zabek feels that this year's team was one of our most spirited and determined. Highlighting the season was an offensive high of twenty- two points by Ron Norris, and a defensive high of twenty-one rebounds by Dan Schuster. With starters Bob Medwid and Bob «ari- sen returning, the Jets are looking forward to a more successful season next year. Upon the return to school in Sep- tember, the varsity cross country team began practice. With a successful group of seniors led by Dennis Breitner, Jerry Gorelick, Barry Davidson, and Larry Diet- rich, the Jets completed a season of which they can be proud.
